commdlg.dll

I am trying to load my lotus 123 program and keep getting two errors:

1. "cannot find commdlg.dll"
2. "cannot find c:\lotsuite\smartctr\smartctr.exe

when I run a search of the hard drive, I do see the commdlg.dll in a few
directories (system, system32)

I also see the smartctr.exe file in the c:\lotsuite\smartctr directory.

Why is it telling me these files cannot be found??

When you are "loading" lotus 123 are you clicking on an icon? If you are an
those errors come up, that means that the path to this program is incorrect
Rightclick them and edit the path. Or
Delete the icon. Do a Search for the executable (.exe file) and rightclick i
and click create desktop icon. This will create a new icon with the correct path
Doubleclick the executable first to make sure it is the correct file to activat
the program.
