Getting bombarded with blank windows!!!....rrrrr.

Lately everytime i get on the internet, my explorer decides ,,,,"lets bombard her with blank pop up windows"....soon i have like 60 blank windows going on, then it decides to shut down, and i have to send an error report, which would be great if some one would actually fix the error! to top it all off then it all decides to close down and lose all the work i was working on,,,,,,very frustrating!! PLEASE HELP!
