Getting BCM up and running

I am having one heck of a time getting this program to run. I've tried all
the updates and patches, save for the latest V2 update. The program bombs out
every time I open Outlook with the following error message: 'The operation
failed. An object could not be found.
Contact Business Contact manager Support. You can find contact information
in the "Contact Us" topic in the Business Contact Manager Help(Help Menu,
Business Contact Manager Help).' Then quickly proceeds to the standard bomb
message: 'Business Contact Manager has encountered a problem and needs to
close. wE are sorry for the inconvenience.' I send the report and received
absolutely no clue as to what's going on.

This is a Small Busines Server 2003 installation. Have Office 2003
professional installed. Office is patched and updated as well. I can see that
the database is installed through the Data File Management. I've also made
sure that I'm running in cached mode.

Any directions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
