Getting a spooler messege after printing to NT4.0 printer

[Me]

I have a Nt4.0 domain controller with some printers
shared on it and a few XP machines printing on these
printers. When I print something on the Printer shared on
the server I get a notification on my XP machine that the
print was successfull. When you print one document at the
time there is no problem with this, but when you are
printing loads of documents this is getting verry
irritating.

How do I get rid of these notifications?

Turn off Notifications on the NT4 server.

Is on the Advanced tab of the Server Properties in the Printers Folder
