Get rid of IP in DNS

K

Kris

Hello,
When ever I ping for a workstation it always points to old IP. How do I get
rid of an IP address that was registered in DNS entry before?
How do I get rid of an IP address (10.10.1.1) that got auto assigned for
DHCP?
Thanks
Kris

If it is a static address, go into dns remove the old address and add the
correct address. Make sure to clear your dns (Flush it) before you move on.
