Generic Host Win32 Service has Encountered a Problem

Hello All,
Generic Host Win32 Service has Encountered a Problem and needs to Shut Down.
I have a client that gets this error at sign off and sometimes at sign on.
I believe that Microsoft has a patch for this error but I am having trouble
finding the download for it. Does anyone have the KB number that I can get
the fix.

Sorry, wanted to let you know that no viruses found and no adware found(run
in safe mode, symantec 9.0 corporate, adaware se and spybot 1.4)

Install this update to address an issue that may cause a "Generic Host
Process" error message to be displayed after you install security update
MS05-012, or cause attachment file names not to be displayed in Rich Text
e-mail messages
