General Mail Failure

I notice there were several posts for this issue, but no one has come through
with an answer.. i'm hoping another request will generate a renewed
interest...

I have a user with Excel XP and Outlook 2003 on a Small Business Server 2k3
network.

The function of Send To as Attachment within Excel has worked on her system
up until yesterday. Nothing different that we know of.

Now when she is sending a Send To as Attachment within excel, it generates
an error message similar to:

General Mail Failure.... and try again.

The KB article with this exact message does not apply in this situation.
Thanks for any help that can be given.

I have the same error message but never got SendMail to work in Excel 2000
and can't even find SendMail (or its equivalant)in Excell 97.. The only
resource I found was
