When you attempt to send a Microsoft Excel workbook to a mail recipient, you
may receive the following error messages:
Microsoft Exchange
A dialog box is open. Close it and try again.
Microsoft Excel
General mail failure. Quit Microsoft Excel, restart the mail system, and try
