GDI Failure

When trying to use a Web Page Designer program, I get the
following Message box "(Object Windows Exception)GDI
Failure. OK to resume?" Can you tell me what this is
and how to fix it? It will not allow me to open
background templates.
 
Hi Barbara,
GDI='Graphical Display Interface'.Check the display/video card
driver,reinstall or update it.
Also chkdsk your system.
