GBFSHook.sys Blue Screen

When running Norton Antivirus scans, I get a BlueScreen with GBFSHook.sys as
the problem. I can't find any info on the message. Can someone help?

Funny that it is getting hung on its own software. The file is part of
GoBack, now distributed by the owners of Norton - Symantec software. You may
have an older version that is not compatible with your current Norton
version. I would suggest that you take this up with Symantec support.
