Blue Screen

I hope I can get help here, I'm getting so frustrated with Windows XP Pro.

I get this blue screen.

Page_Fault_in_Nonpaged_area

Under Technical Information:

Stop: 0x00000050 (0x8BFFFE3D, 0x00000001, 0x806EE792, 0x00000000

this 2nd blue screen says under the Tech info:

0x0000008E (0xC0000005, 0x804E3D6E, 0xAA99D72C, 0x00000000


Now here is the kicker, It seems as though when I scan my pc for viruses
with Norton's it reboots, I uninstalled nortons and installed macafee, and it
still reboots, i installed spybot to scan pc for adware and it reboots.

Can anyone help me?

Remove your cd or DVD drive, and see if that happens. Some driver is
corrupt.

Thanks, but i just figured out what was wrong, i guess it was the front side
bus or memory settings in the bios. It's been 3 days now, and no problem.
That was kinda odd as I couldn't install winxp pro, i had to use home and pro
to install xp. Ok, I'm back to being happy.
