Gathering a new driver

Hello;

I have just had to do a system rebuilt and have now come up with a problem.
i have inserted the Driver CD that came with my Laptop and have done the web
search option but it cannot find any drivers for a) SM Bus Controller and b)
Universal Serial Bus (USB) Controller.

Any anyone sugget a place where i can get the dirvers for this?
