Garmin logo problem w/XP

I recently loaded the Garmin street program on my Dell
computer. I received an error message after installation
that there was a Windows XP logo problem and that I may
incur problems from this software load. I wasn't able to
remove the program before before my com ports are having
problems. Does anyone have any idea what I sould do at
this point?

This sounds like a issue that only Garmin support team could answer. Please
contact Garmin.

What kind of problem does your COM port have?
