Explorer 6 Web Browser with a Logo Problem

I went to down load Explorer 6 Web Browser from the
Microsoft site and Windows XP would not allow it because
of a Logo verification problem. When I went into the
Microsoft site I specified that I was using XP, the
program I went to down load said it was for XP, so why
won't the computer load the program?
