Logo Signature Problem

I have a ICUCII Digi Pen-II that I bought from Sharper
Image. I have recently upgraded my computer to Windows XP.
I can't get it to load the drivers for the camera even
though they are supposed to be compatible. I get the Logo
Signature problem. It won't work even if I ignore it. What
can I do?

Please contact the hardware manufacturer to see if they have an updated
driver.

i had the same problem until i learned to ignore the manual's instructions and follow window's instead;
install the driver from the cd, then after "finish" connect the pen and finish the on-screen instructions, then restart the computer;
then install the software for photosuite 3, and restart.
it worked for me- on the fifth attempt!!
