games stutters

can someone help me out...all my games stutters..whether i play in single or multiplayer mode.it´s like a real bad lagg!!!i have the latest graphic driver install and still got the same problem.i have a geforce m440 with 8 agp graphic card.i have tried evrything but to no avail..plese help me

I have a NVIDIA geforce 64 440MX but 4x AGP. The latest drivers from NVIDIA
don't work as well as the previous drivers on my machine, currently using
44.03 and not 45.23.
I also used some of the tips for setting the bios on this page, I suffered
from flashing graphics, the main one was ensure the IRQ is enabled in the
bios.
