Is there any setting on outlook2003 or utility i can download that will
allow me to synchronize entries on my outlook client with updated
entries from the global address list?

he long drawn out (manual) way is to open a new email, address it to
each of the contacts needed to be sync'ed, then click on each of the
contacts names in the email and save each one individually and outlook
asks if you want to replace the entry with the GAL entry.

I really hope there's an easier way to do this!

Is there a particular reason that you aren't just using the GAL?

The GAL isnt setup to appear in contacts. Part of my duties involve
returning phone calls to various sources. It's a pain to have to go to
new email and pick the contact as a recipient just to view the full
contact info.

Did you know you can also display the address book with Ctrl+Shift+B?

Sue,
Thanks alot!
I wasn't even aware of the address book option until you mentioned it.
I was stuck on contacts for some reason but this will definitely do!!
