fuscia only

our HP's seems to only print one color and that is fuscia.
any suggestions??
verified through hp using current hp/xp/parrell driver

Actually in printing terms, it's magenta!

If you have just one cartridge for all your colors (cyan which you'd call
blue, yellow and magenta) you'll probably find that the cyan and yellow are
out.

Replace the cartridge.
