Full Disclosure Set Up Available?

I've used Outlook since 2000, and I love it, but in my experience I've grown
frustrated at the liberal use of the bcc functionality in the workplace. Is
there any way--or will there become any way in the future--for me to set my
Outlook so that emails blind carboned to anyone else go directly to my Junk
or Spam folder?
I think bcc works well for those trying to protect anonymity when you're
emailing something innocuous to a big group. But I think screening out sneaky
email would be one way to set the bar higher for managers and workers alike.
