Spam Folder

I'm using outlook 2003 as my work email programme however as well as having
the standard Junk folder - i also have a folder within my inbox called Spam.
I've tried to delete it but everytime i reboot it comes back.
The problem is that alot of mail that is not Spam is going in here. I've
added the addresses to the safe senders etc and alot of them are even in my
contacts list. It is very frustrating as i also use a blackberry so when
emails are sent to me that end up in the Spam folder they do not get
forwarded to my BB. It also means i dont get a desktop notification when they
arrive!
I've tried everything i can think of but to no avail!
Any suggestions?

Not an Outlook problem. You have some third-pary antispam software creating
that folder.

Thanks Brian. Do you have any idea how i would go about finding out what the
software is?

Check your software installation list. A lot of security suites (like from
McAfee and Norton/Symantec) offer anti-spam solutions as well.

The ClientShield module for Panda BusinessSecure will generate a SPAM folder
for each client account
