ftp clint unable to login serv_u server behind zonealarm firewall

my cuteftp clint unable to login my serv_u server which behind zonealarm
firewall, why? and my comuter is xp pro sp2, but i shutdown the windows
firewall.

What's open inbound in ZA on that server?
