frozen window

When I installed anti spyware, I initially had a pop up about blocking a
site. I couldn't determine the site, so I blocked it. Every time I log in,
the window pops up telling me the site has been blocked. Annoying. BUT THE
BIGGER PROBLEM NOW: This window has frozen and I can't get it out of the way.

Do it from Safe Mode.
