frozen page

When I try to use explorer it loads, but freezes up. At
the bottom of page a box appears showing dicussions and a
popup screen appears for a second and disappears. I have
downloaded a new copy but same thing happens. The only way
I can get it off the screen is by using the ctrl/alt
delete key. Thanks for your help

Hi,
I am experiencing the same problem with Quickbooks.
Quickbooks support, after testing, has determined that it
is a problem with Internet Explorer. If you find an
answer, I would really appreciate you letting me know.

Tom this may not be the same type of problem, start a new post and explain
your difficulties.

Check for parasites.
