frontpage 2003 webpage appearance changes

I've created a relatively simple webpage in Frontpage 2003 that fits
perfectly within the confines of my monitor on my computer at home (where it
was created). When I open it at work however, it's huge and I have to scroll
over to the right to see it all. I've had other people report that it looks
that way on their computers as well. How come?

At home you have your Monitor running at a higher resolution than at
work.
Never design your pages so they only work at a specific resolution.
