Displaying webpage to fill computer monitor no matter the size bro

I have been searching and searching... how do you adjust a webpage to fit
other computer screens just like you see on the computer that you are
designing the webpage in. I have frontpage 2003. When I look at my webpage
on smaller screens, everything looks great, but when I go to a large screen
the text is all on the left hand side. I have tried to center it... that
doesn't work. Am I missing something here? Please help.

Put your page content in a table. If you want it to be the same size in all
browser windows, set the table width in pixels; if you want it to expand and
contract depending on the browser window size, set it as a percentage.
