Frontpage 2003 does not respond when trying to hyperlink

Frontpage 2003 has stopped me from hyperlinking to a page that i have just
created,it has also stopped me from doing anything else by not responding,any
ideas please?
 
Did you create a Web Site first?
Create a Web Site, then add a page to it and see if FP is still stopping you from hyperlinking to it.
