Best .wmv file size & quality for my website page

I have a page on my website that I would like to create 4 separate hyperlinks
to video trailers for viewers. I will be converting my Quicktime files to WMV
(.wmv) as I have noticed in other threads that this is the preferred file
type to use in Frontpage 2003 (is this true?). What is the best file size and
quality for anyone wanting to check out any of the trailers?

Also what is the easiest way to create these hyperlinks once the files are
made and make sure they open properly?
I am not super tech savvy in this area so please respond as clear as
possible...thanks!

If they are large QT or WMV files you may want to check out the TVE Video Encoder that converts them to Flash so they can stream

Steve and Stefan -
How do I know what file size and quality would be best in order to show each
trailer? I don't know anything about posting a link to a video for the web,
so the more you can share the better! I just want the basic best way to go
about this.
Thanks!

The size of file is only relevant if you are not streaming the video
- because the user then needs to wait for the entire file to download before it can play
