friend tells me he has to enable objects to get mail

two friends (both use aol) tell me when I send them mail (2003) they have to
enable objects to receive. Happens whether I use signature or not. I told
them it must be a setting they are using. Any Advice. Thanks

I am using HTML to send. I read somewhere that service pack 2 for xp,
which I use could do this in Microsoft outlook, but as for the receiving end
it's a puzzle.

I'm no sure on this. see if anyone else has an idea.
Changing your encoding might have caused a problem.
