What do you find bad with your friend using Outlook 2003

Does your friend say that the emails that he sends out to you goes out. Have him
check all his settings and does he have your correct email ady.

All email were going out fine, then today, he is having trouble. They
are sent but not received..

If they are 'REALLY' going out, then the problem lies somewhere else.
Have either of you tried doing a 'traceroute' to try and diagnose the
problem.?

These URLs might be of assistance to you:

You might also consider contacting your ISP and request the log entries
for mail from your friend's email account.
