Emails stucks in outbox

So I'm having this strange problems with outlook. Here it goes:

I'm using Outlook 2003. Whenever I send emails to anyone, the mail never gets send and just sits in my outbox. I still can recieve emails fine, but I cant send it at all.

Is someone can help me with this, it would be great.

Have you verified your account settings already?
Do you get any send/receive errors?
If you have a virus scanner that integrates with Outlook, disable/uninstall
this integration and try again.
