frequent Stop errors

Both when trying to open outlook express and Windows
media player, I get a blue screen
message says Win32K???
BF85F8DEbse CBF8300 3F7313195d
This is now happening several times a day, any help out
there?
 
try uninstalling outlook express and reinstalling it from the add remove>
windows components....
