Freezing

When I pull up the internet I can't go under Tools: Internet Options: Content:
Auto Complete: Clear Passwords and I press okay and the system freeze.

Can you help me, just suddenly ,my mouse pointer freezes or disappears! And i
have to festart the system from scratch. its driving me crazy.Also now i get
the timer showing for lengthy periods,and the word cursor,when used seem to
jam, so words i have typed do not appear straight away. You may have guessed
that i am new to all this and would really appreciate some advice.amlisid
