freezing

everytime i try to log on when somebody else is logged on, the computer
freezes, this doesn't happen when no one is logged on just when another
person is already logged on to the account. i don't know how to fix it i have
tried to contact gateway but they are no help at all

You probably have either a corrupt system file, or a corrupt profile.

Running MSCONFIG will show a "Expand File" button, to replace the Winlogon.exe file in the %windir% folders

To repair all system files, go to Start/Run, and type: SFC /SCANNOW
