Freezing W2K installation

I'm trying to install Windows 2000. I used the 4 set-up
floppies and that went ok. I put in the CD, and that went
ok until the window came up about "What language do you
want to use" and all that. Then, the Num Lock, Caps Lock,
and Scroll Lock lights started blinking. The mouse froze
and the "Enter" key froze too. (Everything froze.)

How do I get this to work?
Any help is appreciated.
