install windows 2000

I 'm trying to install Windows 2000. I used the 4 set up
floppies and that went ok. I put in the CD, and that went
ok until the window came up about "What alnguage do you
want to use" and all that. The, the Num Lock, Caps Lock,
and Scroll Lock lights started blinking. The mouse froze
and the "Enter" key froze too. (Everything froze).

How do I get this to works?

Is this a clean installation? If so, you might be having hardware issues.
Remove any unnecessary hardware from the machine and try the installation
again.
