Freezing Internet

I just reformatted hard drive and reloaded everything.
When in internet it keeps freezing regularly. Have to
turn off power and restart. Driving me crazy. Any
thoughts. Charlie B

be sure to download all i.e. 6 patches and SP's. then
clear out your temp file subdirectory as well as temporary
i.e. files. then do scan disk and disk reorg. reboot.
