freeze after installing updates

After downloading and installing the most recent security updates, my computer makes a long screeching noise and freezes as soon as I start up my computer. Suggestions??

All the software fell out of your hard drive and is now a jumble of 1 and 0
inside your computer case.These are caught in your fans and CPU and are stopping
them from spinning hence the screech sound. Your computer being smarter than you
senses this and shuts itself down.
You need to open your case and shake the 1 and 0 out..then all will be fine.
