free prg to capture my work on PC

Hi does anyone know about an freeware prg (to winXP) which can capture
my work in ex. word and then make an video of the work - ala cameraman
at the macplatform.

Once there was a proggie called "cam studio" that did a very good job.I
think it was discontinued / bought our by someone else.

Yeah, it is a great app.
Macromedia bought it and made NOT-so-FREEWARE any more :)

However i still have some last freeware versions. (1.8, 2.0)

In addition to Wink and Cam Studio:
I just found this:

"AutoScreenRecorder 2.0 Free is a completely free screen recorder to save
your screen activities into video files. It is free for unlimited personal
and business use. It has no expiry date and can be distributed with free of
charge."

Small (816K download), low on resources, saves as .avi.
