It looks VERY limited. The free version always has to render the video
(not sure about speed but quality could be affected) and there is no
way to define or edit the DVD menu wihout "upgrading" to the pay
version.

On the plus side... You can use it to burn VIDEO_TS folders that you
create from another program so it could be useful for that.

A good amount of software authors are going this route. Offer a free
lite version which has certain features but also offer a pay version
which has more features. If the free version has what you want then use
it but if the free version doesn't have what you want then you will
have to pay for the commerical version.

Don't never fear. There will mostly be a free alternative which will do
the same things. Goto http://www.videohelp.com/tools & look thru their
catagories & you will see freeware software/open source software (open
source listed as free software) which can do the same things.
