Free Busy Not Updating

User's free/busy not displaying/updating properly. I have tried adding
/cleanfreebusy switch when opening his Outlook 2003. However other users
occasionally cannot view updated calendar, for example other users see user's
calendar as free even though user has booked appointments. Server is
Exchange 2003 Server SP2. Any ideas?

We were experiencing very similar symptoms in our Exchange 2003 SP2
world. After many hours of rebuilding the free/busy, checking cache, etc.
We were sent a hotfix by Microsoft that did the trick. This hotfix did not
make it in time for the last patch for Office, SP3. You can request it.
It may be a KB by now.

We received the "Office2003-BK935411 -GLB.exe+"

I do not have enough information to know the full extent of your
troubleshooting, however you may want to look into this as a possible
solution.
