Hello,

Having an issue with one user in particular they cant seem to see other
users free/busy time in outlook 2003 SP2. When creating a new
appointment and adding users into it. all that shows is the no
information block.

This is an isolated issue as no other users are having this problem.

I've taken a screenshot which can be observed here:

We Have tried do the /cleanfreebusy switch this has had no effect.

Regards Jason

Solution Found:

I tested her account on a different pc and this didnt suffer any of
those issues leaving me to believe its the outlook install or the users
profile. :D
