Hello!
Untill a harddisk crash las month I was able to use AVG Antivirus Free
Edition on with Windows2000 Server, with clients connecting via Remote
desktop / Terminal Services Client
After a new Windows install, including SP4, this does not work any longer,
blue screens etc etc., no way.
Does anyone know about a good and free alternative? There is a rather
moderate use of internett and email, and we use a broadband router.

Would Zone Alarm free version be OK?

Any tips?
Thanks

Wim

Zone Alarm is a firewall not an AV program

Ha qoq uses that! Never knew it was free. I'm still a big fan of clamwin
though.

sorry, qoq is a microfot.private.mct.cafe newsgroup reference.

I have used AVG Free (www.grisoft.com) for a long time. It is effective and
has caused no problems.

AVG Free version started causing problems after a fresh WIN2000 Server
install, with the last service pack. The demeo of the AVG server version is
working OK, but not free...
I'll try ClamWIN.
Thanks!
