Frames on all internal & external links

This may be close to another posting here. My initial page is the only page I want the frame to appear but even when clicking links anywhere in my site the frame remains on the left hand side of every page. Even external links from any of my pages.

Hi Starboard,

When you create the links use a target of _top.

Works fine for me. The frame disappears when I click a link.
