(FP2003) How does visting users report update

Have I left a setting out? The report function "visiting
users" on the Frontpage 2003 is definitively not including
every user that actually logged in the system, even though
I have changed the setting on the site admin. to update
every day. The same users that are being left out on the
frontpage report can be seen on the system 32 log file.

Anyone can help?
 
I think it's something that you'd have to take up with the server admins.
I think it may be possible that some client software blocks their identity.
when you open your web online to view these reports next time, before you go
into reports view click tools/ recalculate hyperlinks and see if that
refreshes the content in your reports view.
