fp03 links

Can someone tell me why it is that when I used the web component and create
links with the frontpage links they look fine when creating and in the web
preview but on the web the font distorts somewhat. See www.epi.msu.edu/cpon
 
Look fine here under Windows XP Home and IE6.

The links looked okay when I viewed them (IE6).
