FrontPage 2003 problems with Vista 64

Neil.23

I recently upgraded to a new computer with Vista 64 - the old one was XP.
I have used FP03 for years with no issues but now it does not seem to
function very well. In particular it is very slow loading pages and even
slower switching between design and preview mode. It takes 30 seconds to
load a preview and these are very simple pages - just html, text and a few
small pictures. All it tells me when it is trying to switch to preview is
that it is waiting for the file - the local file from the temporary folder.
I have tried saving the pages before previewing them but that makes not
difference. I use FP03 for several web sites and I am no expert so I like
to use preview a lot but it is completely unusable. This is a honkin Intel
i7 machine with 6 GB of memory so there should be no reason this simple task
takes so long.

Need some help here.

Have you added all Vista SP (SP1 corrects some issues w/ FP)?
