Test hyperlinks in preview mode

I have a new machine using XP Home and FP03. I originally had a problem
where hyperlinks within email messages were not working. I changed URL in
the file types to C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe" -nohome
and that fixed that, but in FP03 when I test a page in preview mode the
hyperlinks still don't work. Any ideas?

This is due to an Internet Explorer Security update.
There is a link to a KB article with a fix and also a file you can download
and run to fix it here if you don't like playing in the registry.
