FP won't open my web

I'm having an odd problem. I have about 8 different webs. About 6 of them
work just fine. This is the problem:
1.) FP won't open 1 web at all - just says it's loading and never opens
anything.
2.) FP will open one web, but it will not save the pages.

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling and it doesn't help. Any
suggestions or ideas?

Run the functions that clear:
The Hidden Temporary files.
The Hidden Cache (*.web) files.
