Can't open web site

FP 2003
Win XP Media


I've been authoring this site, www.reillyraider.org, for years. Today it
stopped opening in FP. Checked everything in CP and seems to be working just
fine including Front Page Extensions. Can't open site for editing from
either Front Page or the web-> Edit with Front Page. Users report site
working OK.

Any and all help appreciated.

I get the error below - the site is apparently dead, or the server is down -
can't even browse the site.
