FP 2003 newbie...unmatched status?

i am confused about the unmatched status when i'm uploading....i have most of
my files saying they are unmatched and then i highlight all the unmatched
ones and upload and for a bit they say unchanged then as soon as i click
publish website again they are all back to unmatched. what does this mean?

i wonder if it has anything to do with the optimize published html feature?
not sure exactly how to use it properly so i have it all enabled right now to
see how it works...would that make them unmatched? and if so, do i just
ignore the unmatched comment because it will never match since i optimize the
html on upload?

also, while i'm asking a question...can someone explain to me all the check
boxes for the optimize published html option...i'm not sure which ones i
should check and not check?

thanks in advance!!

You should not be using any Optimize html option or you will get a mismatch (and potentially never be able to reverse publish) -
turn them all off

The Optimize options strip exactly what they say they do
- to the point where you can have raw html w/o any design time components

Try at least one publish all
